The current circumstances urge us to be creative to overcome all emerging challenges to cope with emergencies. In this respect, Al-Rawabi Private school undertakes to harness innovative teaching and technology to allow real-time, authentic students’ learning through providing virtual schooling.
The school management relies on the parents’ commitment and cooperation to urge their children to abide by their assigned tutoring schedule and take advantage of the designed virtual classes to avoid any potential academic problems during school years. Towards this end, we request you to be reminded that:
The Virtual Classes time allocations are minimized to the maximum with a balanced focus on all subjects.
Students’ online attendance is compulsory, absence will be recorded.
ALL students shall attend the virtual classes 5 minutes before the start of the lesson
Middle & High School students will share the same timetable for in-class and online students.
Appropriate technical measures have been taken to ensure the flow of the lesson for both in class and online students.
All students shall behave well and take active parts in the lessons.
Progress Tests will be conducted periodically to track students’ achievement.
All summative assessments will be conducted on campus/in class.
Schooling will go normally in terms of assessment and scoring and quizzes.
في ضوء الظروف الحالية ومن أجل ضمان استمرارية الحياة بشكل طبيعي علينا أن نبدع في استغلال الموارد حتى نتمكن من تجاوز التحديات المترتبة عن ذلك. في هذا السياق تأخذ مدرسة الروابي على عاتقها عملية دمج التدريس الابداعي والتكنولوجيا لضمان استمرارية عمليتي التعليم والتعلم من خلال الاعتماد على الصفوف الافتراضية.
تعول ادارة المدرسة بشكل خاص على التزام أولياء الأمور وتعاونهم من أجل حث أبنائهم على اتباع جداول الصفوف الافتراضية والاستفادة منها لتجنب المشاكل الأكاديمية التي قد تترتب على عدم تحقيق مخرجات التعلم للعام الدراسي الحالي، ومن أجل تحقيق الفائدة القصوى من هذه المبادرة نذكركم بالتعليمات التالية:
تم اختصار الحصص المقررة الى المستوى الأدنى المناسب ليتم تغطية جميع المواد الدراسية.
حضور الطلاب للصفوف الافترلضية إجباري.
على جميع الطلاب الدخول الى الدروس الافتراضية ب 5 دقائق قبل موعد بدء الدرس، وسيتم رصد الحضور والغياب.
يشترك طلاب التعلم عن بعد مع الطلاب الحاضرين بالمدرسة في نفس الجدول ختى نضمن حصول جميع الطلاب على نفس جودة التعلم.
تم اتخاذ جميع الاجراءات الفنية من أجل ضمان الأمن الالكتروني وجودة التعلم عن بعد.
على الطلاب الالتزام بالسلوكيات الجيدة والمشاركة التفاعلية في الدروس.
سيتم رصد تقدم أداء الطلاب من خلال التقييمات الدورية.
سيتم اجراء جميع الامتحانات بالمدرسة.
تسير الدراسة بشكل عادي فيما يخص الدرجات والاختبارات كما لو كان الطالب يحضر فعليا الى المدرسة.
